Both Paul and Claire are great people to deal with when it comes to servicing your heat pump. We have been living in our home the last 3 years and have been using them for the past two years for our annual heat pump service. The first year we used someone else and he was in and out like the flash. Paul spends time doing the extra bits that we didn't get the first time around. From the thermal imaging of the rooms to check if your radiators are working to explaining everything that he has carried out. He even checked in with us regarding the maps he had placed on the system in an effort to reduce our bills which we now known have worked very efficiently. Thank you guys.
